The U55-4 features a significantly improved boom lifting capacity. It has a digging reach of 5.9 metres, digging depth of 3.6 metres and dumping height of 4 meters. The dozer blade is hydraulically adjustable and can be easily angled to push earth to the left or right. The counterweight extends only 65mm beyond the base footprint so excavation is not compromised whenever space if limited.
The Kubota cab features a wider entrance, generous legroom and comfortable seat. The Roll-over Protective Structure (ROPS) and Falling Object Protection Structure (FOPS) maximize safety. Operability is greatly enhanced with more easy-to-use intuitive controls and enough space to minimise operator fatigue while getting the job done.
